I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with a spacious room and a amazing view of the river. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and a spacious shower. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the main sights in the city center.

Nice location with plenty of restaurants and bars. Conveniently located near train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great value for money. Effortless check-in and check-out process. Close proximity to tram services. Air conditioning provided.

Our room was fine - so much space and a beautiful city view with a balcony. We also loved having a coffee machine in the room. the location was perfect, right beside the train station and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Lastly, the staff were really good too help me when I forgot my bag and purse in the room. They promptly found it, sent it to me in another country, and everything arrived safely.
The single room was quite small, but I was aware of that beforehand. the facilities seemed outdated and the lighting was poor.

I was really surprised by the spaciousness of my room at Neuer Fritz. The river view was fine, and I loved being able to watch the Spree river from the comfort of my bed. The location was ideal, with many popular sites within walking distance. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions, right beside a train station, and in the city center. The rooms are spacious and some offer a nice view of the river Spree. The bathrooms are equipped with jacuzzi baths and separate showers, providing a luxurious experience.
The carpets in some areas of the hotel appear old and worn.

Good heating controls. Centrally located with views of the city and river from the room. Spacious room with a balcony and coffee machine. Convenient cafe and nearby bars and restaurants. Excellent customer service, especially in returning lost items promptly and securely. a fantastic hotel experience.
